Since 1956, West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre (WSNCC) has been a cornerstone of our community, offering inclusive and transformative programs for children, youth, adults, and seniors. With the support of partners like BGC Canada, we create accessible opportunities for growth and connection.

We are dedicated to fostering well-being and connection through:

• Programs that enhance the quality of life by embracing community, culture, and environment.
• Creating inclusive spaces that celebrate diversity and promote belonging.
• Empowering individuals of all ages to thrive and reach their full potential within a supportive neighbourhood setting.

BGC West Scarborough is a vital community hub ‍within WSNCC focused on helping children and youth grow. We offer a safe, supportive place for young people to discover new opportunities, form lasting friendships and cultivate important life skills. With educational programs and recreational activities, we focus on building confidence and personal growth. 

West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre has a catchment area that has expanded to include a large number of Scarborough neighbourhoods. While our immediate service area spans from Kingston Rd (South) to Lawrence Ave (North) and Main St (West) to Kennedy Ave (East), many programs operate citywide.

Employment services are offered at locations on Pharmacy/Lawrence, Midland/Lawrence, and Neilson/Sheppard, supporting hundreds of individuals across the GTA. Additionally, a network of EarlyON and BGC programs provide services in North Scarborough.

"Honestly, BGC West Scarborough has just been amazing to [Club Member], he's apart of the after school program! They feed my kid, help him with homework, play with him! Like what more could I ask for, you guys are raising my kid part time! Like its amazing! I'm a single mom too, so I always feel like my kid doesn’t have enough of a male role model in his life, he wasn’t into sports or anything, but after joining BGC he's into soccer, knows all these soccer players! He is being so active, considering he’s a couch potato. And not to mention how much of a huge help this is that I can be at work peacefully knowing he's taken care of, and having a blast. He doesn’t even want me to pick him up early!"
