![Free yoga is coming to the community, and spots are open for you.
Starting May 11, @thecanadiancourageproject is bringing weekly Yoga and Mindfulness sessions to WSNCC for youth and young adults ages 12 to 29. Each one-hour session includes 45 minutes of guided yoga and a 15-minute mindfulness group discussion, all levels welcome.
Mondays at 6:00 PM
Wednesdays at 6:45 PM
This program is made possible through the Local Leadership Grant by @cityofto.

![One of our favourite things about West Scarborough? The people who take initiative for their community. As a trustee for the Local Leadership Grant, WSNCC is proud to help organize and amplify resident-led groups doing meaningful work right here in the neighbourhood. ??
This is the PDP Resident-Led Group, who recently held a gardening training as part of their initiative right here at WSNCC. It was so great to see our community gather around something they’re passionate about. This is West Scarborough doing what it does best.
